Style : Framboise ABV : 6.3% Bottle Size : 375ml 3 Fonteinen Hommage Bio is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic. This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added.

All Day Blackberry & Elderflower All Day
Style : Wild Beer ABV : 5.3% Bottle Size : 750ml We brewed this back in May 2018, when the elderflower were in their prime. We went out and picked a load from the hedgerows around the brewery. We had some frozen blackberries from our pickings from the last Autumn, and thought that they would go together well. We used a pretty conventional base beer, and for once decided to try for a lighter beer. It went well, and we popped it into a barrel for secondary fermentation attention, and ageing. It’s a really nice, refreshing and quaffable ale, with a good level of carbonation.
All Day Chevallier #1 All Day
Style : Wild Beer ABV : 6.2% Bottle Size : 750ml Made with heritage Chevallier malt, our own brewery grown hops, and our mixed culture house blend of yeasts and bacteria. Barrel aged in a whisky barrel from October 2018 to July 2020, when we bottled this delightful beer in 750ml sharer bottles - although you are not obliged to share, you really ought to sip! It is very fruity, which balances extremely well with the tartness of the souring process it has undergone, It has a mid-level of carbonation
All Day Chevallier #2 – Cherries All Day
Style : Wild Beer ABV : 7.4% Bottle Size : 750ml Made from the same batch of wort as Chevallier #1, with heritage Chevallier malt, our own brewery grown hops, and our mixed culture house blend of yeasts.. Barrel aged in a whisky barrel from October 2018 to July 2020. We added 10 litres of pulped cherries and their juice from Norfolk grown cherries during the process, because we had the cherries, made juice/pulp from them, and thought it would be a good idea to add it. It was! You can taste the similarity to #1, but the cherries do add a subtle distinction to it, and have added a little bit more alcohol to the mix.. It has a mid-level of carbonation.

Style : Sour ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 500ml This beer is a collaboration between us, and Print To The People, a social enterprise based in Norwich. to celebrate PTTP’s 10th birthday. The Interrobang is an unconventional punctuation mark used in various .written languages and is intended to combine the functions of an exclamation point and a question mark. The artwork has been screen printed onto the label. Made with our own borehole water, our homegrown hops, elderflower and wormwood, local barley and wheat, and Norfolk blackberries, this punchy sour will make you exclaim in delight and question your existence!

Style : Wild Beer ABV : 5.4% Bottle Size : 750ml Another one of All Day's adventurous blended barrel aged beers. Three different beers were blended in a Bordeaux Barrel and aged for 9 months. 10kg of fresh Norfolk Blackberries were then added to the barrel to balance the puckering sourness with a juicy fruity finish.
All Day Strong Wheat Ale All Day
Style : Wild Beer ABV : 7.4% Bottle Size : 750ml Mixed Fermentation Barrel Aged. a 750 ml sharing bottle of a strong wheat ale, made with a 75% /25% wheat to malt grist, bittered with our own Fuggles hops, and fermented with our in-house cider-lees derived yeast, then barrel aged in a French oak red wine barrel for 12 months from June 2019, before being bottle conditioned. A very complex beer with tart, fruity notes and a smooth mouth feel, with a medium level of carbonation. It tastes nothing like a “conventional” wheat beer. This beer should continue to improve for several years.

Style : Gose ABV : 3.5% Bottle Size : 330ml Two minds are better than one. This gose is our collaboration with Chef Brad Carter, Michelin starred chef/owner of Carter’s of Moseley in Birmingham. We started with a base of unmalted British heritage grains that Chef uses in his dishes at Carter’s, giving us the backbone of this classic sour beer. We then added salt from ancient underground salt brines in Droitwich, and a little citrusy magic from the wall woods of England, grand fir, for a stunning grapefruit aroma. This beer is a great start to any meal, any toast or just to simply enjoy on its own. The woods can be a dark place but here the beer brings a fresh, citrusy light.

Style : Sour ABV : 5.3% Bottle Size : 375ml Ever since we began brewing, we’ve always sourced our fruit locally, or by foraging for it ourselves. Back in early 2020, we were checking on our sleeping barrels of golden sour & found 2 that displayed quite clean, crisp, almost tannic notes that we decided would suit perfectly with a fruit addition. Being late winter, we knew there wasn’t anything quick to hand but did have a contact for 100% British grown fruit purees. Blueberry jumped out as the perfect match & 500g/l was added and left to infuse the sour for 6 months before bottling

Style : Sour ABV : 4.8% Bottle Size : 375ml The beers that we produce regularly toe the line between beer & cider, predominantly due to the fact that we ferment them with a mixed culture of yeast & bacteria sourced from local cider/apples. When we add additions to the beers, we try to find things that will either accentuate or temper this apple flavour. In this case, we chose to work with the tart, green apple flavour by taking 2 barrels of oak aged sour beer & resting it with whole locally foraged crab apples for several months. The result is a zippy, fresh beer, bursting with sharp apple flavours & a balanced sweetness.

Style : Sour ABV : 4.9% Bottle Size : 375ml One of our annual seasonal blends, this year's Hedgerow Blend was made with a sour beer base, vs saison bases we've used in the past. By using only our mixed culture of yeast & bacteria, the base beer itself was more complex, even before the fruit additions. We used a mixture of foraged wild damsons, plums, elderberries & blackberries, alongside the usual wild hops, to enhance the sour, which has resulted in a more rich, powerful fruit hit with a tangy, jammy sweetness & a tannic, dry finish.
