Style : Grodzidskie ABV : 4.2% Bottle Size : 330ml   Recently we had our friends over from Boutilliers Brewery (Kent) come up to brew something weird and wonderful (as if we'd have it any other way!). We settles on an Aprcot, Assam and Plum Grodziskie (Polish smoked wheat beer). A slight smokiness comes through, with all the classsic flavours of a wheat beer and the added fruitiness of Plum, Apricot and Assam as well as a plethora of Ekuanot hops

Style : Altbier ABV : 5.6% Bottle Size : 750ml   Simple Means was brewed with unfiltered, raw, Hill Country well water, malted barley, smoked malted barley, and hops. It was fermented with our mixed culture of brewers yeast and native yeast and bacteria harvested from the air and wildflowers around our brewery in stainless steel for about two months. It was then 100% naturally conditioned through refermentation in the bottle for another two months prior to release.

Style : Smoked Gose ABV : 4.0% Bottle Size : 330ml   We have brewed a barrel aged, smoked orange gose. The base beer, containing smoked malt, developed in barrels over many months, quietly gaining acidity and complexity. We then introduced home-smoked Cornish sea salt and smoked orange segments.The resulting beer is full of juicy zestiness and mouthwatering acidity while the smoked sea salt provides a decadent mouth feel and salinity. Refreshing and complex in the same mouthful the vibrancy of the citrus contrasts the delicate sweet smoke from both cherry wood and oak.
