Style : Imperial Milk Stout ABV : 12.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   This bold Imperial Milk Stout was inspired by a dessert made with chocolate, mango, raspberries and a ginger biscuit crumb. We used treacle and muscovado sugars in the kettle which add a subtle burnt sugar flavour, we then added 110g/l of raspberry and 110g/l of mango during the final stages of fermentation which blend together to add a complex tangy fruit flavour. Ginger and cacao were carefully dosed to partner the fruit flavours without overpowering them. 'Hold On!' was designed to have a high finishing gravity to give a body that’s smooth and luxurious like a dessert. This beer is complex, sweet and adventurous... Hold On!

Style : Imperial IPA ABV : 10.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Part of our Milkshake range. We upped the hops, lactose, oats and vanilla to deliver a smooth, fruity and sweet dessert style IPA. Well hopped with Mosaic and Citra. This juice smoothie is as enticing as an illicium- the luring light of an angler fish.    Hops: Mosaic, Citra

Style : Imperial Stout ABV : 10.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Building on the success of Sakura Twilight, we brewed a chewy Imperial Stout and re-fermented it on raspberries before infusing it with vanilla and cacao nibs. Raspberry Crash is best served just below room temperature to enjoy the full flavour of chocolate and ripe raspberries. 
Wander Beyond Seven For A Secret Wander Beyond
Style : IPA ABV : 7.00% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Seven For A Secret is a different take on an IPA. We replaced our standard light malt for vienna and loaded the mash tun with overly generous amounts of flaked oats and wheat. Post- fermentation we double dry-hopped it with 30g/l of Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic and carbed it higher for a more vibrant, spritzy and juicy IPA.
