Polly's Brew Co 58 BPM Polly's Brew Co
Style : Double India Pale Ale ABV : 8.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can We love to link our beers here at Polly’s, and 58bpm is a continuation of this trend. A distant cousin of our insanely popular Circadian Rhythm; which in itself was named for the brewer’s disturbed sleep patterns from their 7am to 8pm work days. 58bpm is a reference to the metronome used by Matt to get a decent night’s sleep after a long day at the brew kit. An almost identical hop bill to Circadian Rhythm of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and this time Azacca, albeit this time charged up to 40kg in the dry hop; this is a DIPA of insane flavour intensity – expect stone fruits, mango, pineapple and just a hint of grapefruit throughout.
Polly's Brew Co Patternist Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.6% Bottle Size : 440ml Can The underrated dark horse of the original Augment trio is back once again! Patternist gained a massive cult following thanks to it's no frills El Dorado and Simcoe hop bill, albeit hopped up to the absolute nines, and its ornate tiling artwork garnering amazing feedback. A favourite amongst the staff here at Polly's, and in the brew team's opinion, the best version to date, expect all kinds of high juice and low bitterness notes bursting from this incredible IPA.
Polly's Brew Co White Noise Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can We’ll always preach about how much we love a good 5% pale here at Polly’s, and we’ve been on an everlasting quest to hit that 5% mark whilst maintaining the flavour intensity and body of one of our bigger beers. We may have finally cracked the puzzle with White Noise – with a hop bill of Citra, El Dorado, and finally Cryo AND T90 Simcoe, all wrapped up in a hearty lashing of LA3, this beer is massive on suspension within the beer, resulting in a pale ale that drinks like it should be hitting the 8%+ mark. Think pillowy soft melon, and a whole swag bag of juicy, juicy hop notes abound in this kickass pale ale.
