Polly's Brew Co A Cozy Decomposure Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.6% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Azacca is a big favourite here at Polly's HQ and for good reason. Named for the Haitian god of agriculture, and bred specifically to accentuate the intense sweet, tropical notes it imparts, we find this varietal grossly underused and underrated in a sea of more popular hype hops. Letting it do its thing in a single hop showcase seemed the most fitting tribute for this awesome hop, and in a "well, why not" move we decided to up the dry-hop bill to DIPA levels, with an insane 40kg added during fermentation. Wrapped up in a hearty lashing of LA3 for maximum suspension, the result is a thick, juicy IPA, bursting with tonnes of mango, stone fruit, and pineapple notes, before levelling off with a healthy tickling of bitterness on the end for ultimate balance.

Polly's Brew Co Amateur Dance Polly's Brew Co
Style : Double India Pale Ale ABV : 8.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We’ve developed a real taste for going big here at Polly’s HQ, and we’re sating our taste once again with Amateur Dance. Our owner Sean has taken the lead on this one, employing his pyramid dry-hopping technique to full effect in this maxed out, full on DDH DIPA. Mosaic is the dominant hop varietal with a huge 30kg added, before progressively smaller additions of El Dorado and Simcoe accentuate and give this beer multiple levels of depth. Named in honour of his soundtrack for when he works into the small hours to ensure our brewers have as stress free a brew day as possible, this huge beer absolutely drips with dank, stonefruit, mango and pineapple notes, before being reeled back in by a hearty pine finish for balance.

Polly's Brew Co Another Shadow Polly's Brew Co
Style : Berliner Weisse ABV : 4.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We make no secret of how much our head brewer Lally has expanded our range as a brewery. From his days creating some of the most well regarded classics over at Mad Hatter, we've handed the wheel fully over to our resident sour beer chief to create Another Shadow. A beer with one eye on those amazing triple fruited gose series of beers brewed by our pals up at North, but with a signature Polly's stamp all over it, we've absolutely loaded this beer to the nines with kiwi, lime, pear and honey melon to create a massively fruit-forward Berliner with enough sourness to keep everything in check. Say it with us now! Quadruple! Fruited! Sour!

Polly's Brew Co Bonus Tracks Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We'll always maintain that a Citra and Mosaic base dry hop is unbeatable, but where to go from there? We're already massive Sabro converts, so it was a given that we'd be adding this, but why not throw some Bru-1 into the mix - a hop varietal we've as yet not used at Polly's. Named for an "ism" coined from the brewery when we discovered all these new varietals now available, we've supercharged this beer with a dry hop of 40kg, resulting in freshly cut pineapple aroma and flavours from Bru-1 complimenting the pina colada notes of Sabro, and accentuating the tropical fruit notes of Citra and Mosaic in an IPA that is mega juicy, mega hazy, and mega Polly's.

Polly's Brew Co Cause And Effect Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 6.5% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   An aptly named beer for the times we're currently living in - the country is going through some dark times at the moment, so we're going to plough on brewing the best beer we possibly can to bring a little bit of light. Cause & Effect is team Polly's doing exactly what we know how to do best - hazy, juicy IPA, with a characteristic Polly's bite for good measure. A healthy dry hop bill of El Dorado and Mosaic harkens back to a combination we've visited countless times and is always a surefire winner, Cause & Effect bursts with super ripe tangerine, mango and pine notes, playing perfectly off the pear, watermelon and stone fruit flavours brought to the table by El Dorado. Hops, haze, juice, no substitutes!

Polly's Brew Co Circadian Rhythm Polly's Brew Co
Style : Double India Pale Ale ABV : 8.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   A beer just too good to leave dormant for too long. After five months in hibernation, Circadian Rhythm makes a triumphant return to our brew plans for a big summer release. A beer named in homage to the streamlining of our brew plans, meaning our brew team were edging ever closer to getting their normal sleeping patterns back after nearly two years of 6am starts and 8pm finishes; with our new brewkit now on the horizon, those sleeping patterns will be back to normal in no time. A beer absolutely lavished to the nines with an enormous hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic; a punchbowl of tropical fruit notes, including mango, papaya, passionfruit, and just the slightest bit of grapefruit dance around the palate for a DIPA that is all about juice and low bitterness.

Polly's Brew Co DDH Every Piece Matters Polly's Brew Co
Style : Triple IPA ABV : 10.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Alright, so you've gone and completed the original trilogy, you've gone for the brewer's favourite, where do you go from there? Team sales' favourite! Every Piece Matters is a beer we keep coming back to so often because our raven-haired head of sales loves selling it so much - the simple but mega effective hop bill of Citra and Mosaic being a combination that has followed us from those halcyon Loka Polly days right up to now. In tribute of one of our in-house favourites, it only seemed a natural progression to let it join the amped-up TIPA club and DDH Every Piece Matters is the result. Positively dripping with tangerine, peach, and passionfruit notes, with just a little bit of grapefruit to back things up, we've pulled every little bit of flavour we possibly can into this beer. Awesome.

Polly's Brew Co DDH Pines Polly's Brew Co
Style : Triple IPA ABV : 10.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Once you've completed the original Augment trio, where do you go next? To the brewer's favourite of course! A beer that was birthed from a collaborative effort with our pals at North Brewing Co last year, and an in house favourite amongst the brewers and office alike, we've amplified this beer to the nines for our final TIPA of the year. Going with a 10min whirlpool addition of Mosaic at 80 degrees, we opted for slightly more bitterness in this beer to counteract the sweetness from the residual sugar on the mash. Backed up with our biggest employment of our "pyramid" technique yet, with 25kg of Mosaic, followed up with smaller 15kg and 10kg additions of Galaxy and Simcoe respectively, the motto here at Polly's is to never stop improving, and with DDH Pines, we've jumped a level once again.

Polly's Brew Co Does It Matter How Far? Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 7.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We're all about pushing our own boundaries here at Polly's HQ. Whilst 2020 was an awful year all around, it's allowed us to put our heads down and focus on making our pale and hoppy beers the best they can possibly be. Our favourite discovery of last year was easily our patented pyramid dry-hopping technique. Seeing as it would be our final packaged beer of the year, we figured we may as well see how far we can go with this technique, and have gone for four different varietals on this beer, as opposed to our usual two. A hearty 20kg addition of Citra is followed up by 15kg, 10kg and 5kg of Mosaic, Centennial and Sabro respectively to accentuate each individual flavour profile on this amped up, maxed out, juice-fest of an IPA, with just the faintest touch of bitterness to keep things in check.

Polly's Brew Co Electric Sunrise Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.5% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Despite the best efforts of the weather in the UK currently, Summer has very much arrived and is in full force here, and what better way to celebrate those long hazy days than a mega hazebomb of a beer, trapping all that sunshine into the glass. We've brought in every brewer's new favourite superyeast Kveik to the party to create a beer that has a bucketload of complexity, whilst retaining maximum drinkability. In house favourite combo Citra and Mosaic smashes into the old school duo of Comet and Columbus for a beer that is high on juice, but with that signature old school Polly's bite we love so much. Expect a beer that leaves a Mark in both aroma and flavour, with a swagbag of juicy papaya and passionfruit notes paired up with solid grapefruit and pithy orange, finished with a little spicy complexity on the end

Polly's Brew Co Ending Chapter Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.8% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   A recent trait of ours has been revisiting some of our favourite Originals range beers and giving them the full Augment treatment. The first version of Citra Columbus was a thing of sheer beauty, and a surefire hint of where things would eventually go with our beers. A pairing of two hugely distinct and classic varietals, both of whom have bold claims to be part of the reason we exist today, this incredible IPA melds everything we love about the old school with the new school hype train we're proud to be part of. Citra takes the lead on this one with a 20kg dry hop charge, before a follow up of 10kg of Columbus for good measure. The result? An amped up, maxed out IPA full of those juicy tropical notes we love so much, backed up with piney and resinous hoppy notes.

Polly's Brew Co Endless Festoon Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.5% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   As we mentioned in our last team-designed beer with Yellow Blaze, we love that being part of Team Polly's is more like being part of a big brewery family. Our second in this series is the shortest collaboration beer we've ever done - brewhouse meets office with Endless Festoon, designed by our own Head of Sales, Arron. A big fan of melding all things old school and new school into a smashed up hybrid, this beer features a tag team of new school hops in Azacca and El Dorado taking on old school stalwarts Citra and Enigma for a beer that pays homage to those OG beers without whom we wouldn't be here today, whilst fully embracing the new school juicebomb vibe we've become so famous for. Stonefruits, tangerine and piney resin notes are about in this all out smasher of a DDH Pale.

Polly's Brew Co Fake Attentions Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.3% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We needn’t remind you that we love all things old school whilst simultaneously melding new school techniques into the beers we create. When designing the recipe for Fake Attentions, we noticed a pattern in that our use of the old school varietals in the dry hop bill was somewhat reserved, with the new school hype hops taking centre stage, and with that, the majority of the sensory notes. We thought “why not flip this one on its head and let an old school hop take the lead?” and Fake Attentions was born. With 20kg of Amarillo leading things alongside smaller additions of Citra, and even smaller additions of Mosaic and Azacca, this beer bursts with punchy orange, and floral notes, before the juice follows up from our new school favourites. Clean, crisp, hoppy, and downright delicious.

Polly's Brew Co First Verse, Twice Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We confess to being big music heads here at Polly's HQ, with a huge spectrum of styles appreciated brewery-wide. Whether it's a "Champagne Supernova", a "Killing in the Name", or an "Orange Crush", there's just something that's always stuck in our minds about how uniquely memorable a repeated first verse is. We wanted to apply this concept to a beer, and First Verse, Twice was born. Featuring a first verse of El Dorado in the boil, we added a healthy chorus of Mosaic and Simcoe during fermentation, before coming back for another go around on El Dorado once again in the dry-hop. The result is a juicebomb of a beer, positively dripping with notes of tangerine, jelly tots (yes, really) and red grapefruit for balance. An all out explosion of flavour; Team Polly's doing what we do best

Polly's Brew Co Flat Beat BBE 24/01/21 Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.1% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Right from the get go, we've been big fans of anything that has come out of Ed Banger Records in France, and in particular Mr Oizo. We've always wanted to pay homage to the Parisian beat masters with an all out banger of an IPA, and when designing this beer Marked it down almost immediately as a future banger. Old school meets new school here with floral and resinous notes from OG hop varietal mixed up with new school stalwart Mosaic for bags and bags of tropical fruit salad notes, all wrapped up in a generous lashing of Kveik for some next level complexity. A beer that just absolutely bangs, like its namesake

Polly's Brew Co Floom BBE 7/1/21 Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.5% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Flowers are very much a recurring motif here at Polly's HQ - Rosa, Petal and Bouquet being recent examples. We're a brewery that unashamedly loves wordplay and language - wanting to dip back into our favourite recurring theme, we came up with the portmanteau of flowers and it being the time of year where they bloom, and lo, Floom was born. This DDH Pale is everything we come to expect from our more sessionable output now - high juice, low bitterness, with a big hitter lineup of Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe in the dry hop, imparting all of those incredible stone fruit, sweet clementine, and sherbert notes on both the nose and the palate. Loaded up to the max with oats in the mash, and fermented out with LA3 for huge amounts of suspension, a beer that punches way above its weight.

Polly's Brew Co Future Infinity Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.8% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   When we were taking on our hop contract for this year, our rep made mention of Bru-1, and how it goes well with either Mosaic, Sabro, or Citra. Happily taking some on, the hop pairings they mentioned had always stuck in our head, and when we came to write recipes for our Autumn release schedule we thought to ourselves "Why not brew a beer with all the hops Bru-1 pairs well with?", and Future Infinity was born. Utilizing mainly Mosaic in the dry hop, with a 15kg dry hop charge initially followed by equal 5kg mini-charges of Sabro, Citra and Bru-1, this beer bursts with heavy pineapple notes, with coconut and tangerine following in abundance, before mellowing out into a medly of berry notes from Mosaic, and finishing with crisp citrus thanks to our old dependable, Citra.

Polly's Brew Co Humming Error Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Everybody knows how much we love a super smashable pale here at Polly's HQ, and everybody knows that Citra and Mosaic are the ultimate bff partnership. When we found out we were getting our hands on a bucketload of Loral hops here at the brewery it made the most sense to go for a full on flavour explosion of a three way dance with these incredible varietals. Citra and Mosaic bring a swagbag of juicy mango and passionfruit notes, but with the addition of Loral, a tonne of zingy lemon citrus notes come to the fore; accentuating the drinkability of this incredible pale ale.

Polly's Brew Co Idaho 7 Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 6.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   With the advent of 2020 came sudden access to a serious amount of hops we had previously only dreamt of brewing with. Idaho 7 was one of the aforementioned varietals,  used by some of our contemporaries as we looked on, green with envy. We've made up for lost time by putting it to serious good use in this beer; featuring a whopping 40kg in the dry hop, we've amplified this beer is loaded to the nines with apricot, red grapefruit, papaya and orange notes initially, before rounding out with black tea and pungent pine flavours to finish. Not content with a full on juice explosion, we decided to bring this beer up yet another level by upping the oats to over 30% of the mash, bringing a metric tonne of silky smoothness to the mouthfeel.

Polly's Brew Co Informal Edits Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.7% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   IPA - the style without which we wouldn't be here today. We are famous (or infamous, your call!) for our passion for paying homage to all things old school here at Polly's - tipping a glass to the OG craft beer heroes. With Informal Edits, we wanted to smash together the classic old school bite of a west coast IPA with the soft, pillowy juice of a NEIPA for a hybridised IPA that carries the qualities of both. A heavy heavy 40kg dry hop charge of Citra and Columbus pairs up with a 10 minute whirlpool addition of even more Citra for an IPA that has equal parts soft and delicate notes, with super soft juicy notes to boot, with maximum drinkability in mind.

Polly's Brew Co Intro Powerslide BBE 8/1/21 Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.7% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   With 2020 being a complete anomaly of a year, reminiscing and yearning for normality is now a regular thing here at Polly's HQ. When idly chatting in the brewery, we collectively realised there's nothing quite like the screech of a skateboard that invokes those wonderful nostalgic feelings of summers gone by, hanging and enjoying good times with friends. We've paid homage to this nostalgia with Intro Powerslide - a beer that made us collectively go "Woah, that's incredible" when sampling it, this is a celebration of everything about the past, present and future of US hops. Featuring El Dorado for some current new school pineapple and mango notes, everybody's favourite newest mega hype hop Sabro for creamy, coconut, tropical pina colada notes for good measure, and a lashing of old school pillar Comet for a little bit of classic Polly's bite.

Polly's Brew Co Introducing Blooms Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 7.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   The end of the year is always the best for any hop-forward beer fan, as we tend to look through our hop store, see what we have loads of, and pack as much as we physically can into a beer. Just as much happened when we discovered that we had plenty of El Dorado, Citra and Simcoe sitting in our cold store, so naturally, we figured we'd brew an IPA, but hop it to the same level as one of our DIPAs for a full on flavour explosion of a beer. Citra and Simcoe is a classic Polly's combo, positively dripping with grapefruit, tropical, and pine notes, but adding El Dorado brings it to an entirely new level, adding pear, watermelon and stonefruit flavours to the party. Generously hopped using our new "pyramid" technique, each level of this beer is distinct in its flavour and an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.

Polly's Brew Co Like, Forever Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Ahh, those super sessionable, mega smashable pale ales we love so much. There’s just something about a 5.2% pale ale that makes it perfect as an after work beer. Maybe it’s our fondness of loading them with both new school and old school hops to give that mega juiciness alongside crisp, clean bitter notes that make them so drinkable; whatever it is, there’s just a little bit of magic that happens with our beers when they hit that 5.2% mark.Like, Forever – named for a remark made in the brewery during a particularly long double canning day – features a ten minute whirlpool addition of Chinook, before adding more again in the dry hop. Paired up with a Polly’s favourite in Simcoe, this beer bursts with passionfruit, apricot, pine and resinous notes.

Polly's Brew Co Lupo Capisco Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.6% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We love our DDH pales, don't get us wrong, but sometimes there's nothing better than a straight up, unfussy, clean and crisp pale ale. A beer specifically made with smashability in mind, Lupo Capisco is brewed with the masters of simplicity in mind - our heroes over at The Kernel, who make in our opinion the best pales in the UK. Hopped with a relatively easygoing dry-hop charge of 20kg of Azacca and Citra, this is a beer perfect for those after work pints we love so much. Soft, juicy, and crisp. These two incredible hops bring a swagbag of mango and tropical flavours to compliment their respective pithy bitter notes.

Polly's Brew Co Movies In The Jacuzzi Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   It's back again! We first brewed Movies before lockdown as a keg only beer and an experiment into more expansive fruit additions to our beers. Named in honour of one of our favourite movie villains - Back to the Future Part II's Biff Tannen, this beer is pure Lally down to a T. We've mixed up one of our usual IPAs with masses of Guava added during fermentation. Padded out with a generous helping of dextrin and oat malts to bring the sweetness up to the next level, and dry-hopped with Amarillo and Chinook hops to bring a little bit of pine and a tropical complexity on board, this is a beer that best displays the talents of our wonderful head brewer.

Polly's Brew Co Murmurations Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.5% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   After a short period of fallow time, our in-house DDH Pale series returns once again, with Murmurations headed up by our second ever employee at the brewery, our very own Scott. Taking the reins entirely from recipe to artwork, Murmurations features a technique employed by Scott known as “hop bursting”; multi-layering the whirlpool hops to accentuate his dry hop bill of Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca and Enigma. Gradually adding a small amount of Mosaic at 100 degrees, before dropping the whirlpool down to 87 degrees and adding his main whirlpool addition of Simcoe, the result is that each individual varietal is distinguishable throughout – possibly our most crushable DDH Pale yet.

Polly's Brew Co Mylar Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 6.3% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   The part of Wales we’re based is an incredible mish-mash of culture, and it’s reflected best in the dialect – part-Welsh, part-Liverpudlian, and by proxy, part-Irish. This dictates a lot of the day to day sayings in the brewery, and when we were sat in a meeting talking about various recipes submitted by the team, someone shouted up “That’s mine, la”. Never one to miss an opportunity, Arron shortened the phrase down to a single word, added an “r” to the end, and the result is Mylar. The beer itself is textbook Polly’s – high juice, low bitterness, accentuated by our generous use of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro in the dry hop. Expect a swagbag of honeydew melon, mango, tangerine, and pina colada flavours abound from the Sabro. A beer that is an homage to the wonderfully bizarre part of the world we grew up.

Polly's Brew Co Now Here No Where Polly's Brew Co
Style :  Pale Ale ABV : 5.6% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Vic Secret is a varietal that we feel doesn't get nearly enough love these days. Pushed out of the way by its more aggressive contemporary Galaxy, we find that this incredible Australian hop has a lot of similarities to its countrymate, but in a much more balanced, easygoing way. We decided to put this thought process into practice with Now Here, No Where - amplifying up the hop bill to that of one of our standard IPAs, whilst keeping things at a relatively sessionable strength. The result is a pale ale that is positively bursting at the seams with pungent tropical pineapple notes. Keeping everything in check with a healthy lashing of in-house favourite Citra, this is a beer perfect for those lockdown Zoom quizzes and Skype pub meetups.

Polly's Brew Co Ode Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 6.9% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We often express how much we love to pay homage to the brewers of yesteryear here at Polly's, without whom we, or our contemporaries alike, would exist as we do. At the same time we love firmly expressing how much we love embracing our status as a very much modern brewery, producing the hop-forward styles so popular today. Ode is our literal address to old school and new school brewing, and our love of embracing the two in our beers. Chinook firmly represents the old school, being generously used in the whirlpool to impart delicious piney bitterness, Citra rocks up as the modern classic in the dry hop, bringing a wave of juicy citrus notes, and the future is handily dealt with by Bru-1 and it's incredible intense pineapple characteristics. Everything we love about brewing, all packed into one IPA.

Polly's Brew Co Pello Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Vic Secret is a hop varietal that's quickly growing traction as a firm favourite here at Polly's HQ. A much less aggressive (and much easier to get hold of) version of its contemporary, Galaxy, we totally vibe off the super bright passionfruit, pineapple and pine notes that this awesome Australian hop imparts into a beer when we use it on both the nose and palate. Doubled up in its hopping rate against a stalwart favourite in Simcoe, this beer bursts with rose and apple blossom notes on the aroma before doubling down for a full on tropical explosion on the flavour; with notes of lychee, grapefruit and floral notes brought to the table by Simcoe, backing up the sweeter flavours from its down-under cousin. An IPA that's pure, unadulterated Polly's to a T.

Polly's Brew Co Petal BBE 22/1/21 Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 7.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   A beer that has been due to be rebrewed for so long, but has kept slipping through the net at each turn; we first brewed Petal back in those halcyon Loka Polly days when our Augment range was in its infancy, and the word Spendrups was a mere whisper on the wind. Fast forward to July 2020 and Petal has now been revitalised with all the techniques we've learned in the last sixteen months. Sitting quietly with a simple Citra, Ekuanot and Columbus hop bill, this beer strikes out of nowhere with a tidal wave of juicy, tropical dank hoppy notes before mellowing back out with a pleasant amount of bitterness on the end.

Polly's Brew Co Pines Polly's Brew Co
Style :  India Pale Ale ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   A fabled story we love to tell about how we're constantly learning; when we were working with our amazing pals at North Brewing Co last year, we were astounded at how little whirlpool hops they added in the first stage of the brewing process. Imparting less bitterness is something we've been keen to explore in our beers, and we achieved this through bringing the whirlpool temp down, and whirlpooling for much less time and adding smaller additions of Enigma and Mosaic, meaning more hops for dry-hopping! Almost 40kg of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe ended up going into this beer during fermentation, and the results stand for themselves. An absolute juice bomb of a beer, and a marked improvement on version one of this amazing beer.

Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We love making reference to and resurrecting old in-house favourites here at Polly's HQ, and treating them to all the modern and new techniques we've learned over the last three years as a brewery. Columbus Mosaic was a surefire sleeper hit from our dearly departed Originals range back in 2019, and we're bringing it right into 2020 with an amplified dry hop bill, and a 100% new in-house LA3 strain for maximum suspension. We've squeezed every ounce of flavour we can out of this beer - Columbus bringing some surefire old school pine and resin to the table, before being balanced out with a whole host of dank, juicy, tropical notes from the ever dependable brewery favourite, Mosaic. Expressing his love for our lactose-tinged output, Matt brought the mash temperature right down to ensure the beer wasn't overly sweet, and hit the dry hop up with a bumper dry hop charge of Enigma for a symphony of flavours that dance throughout. Expect intense amounts of raspberries, passionfruit, and just a smattering of herbal complexity, complimented by the sweetness and full body brought to the table by the lactose addition in the boil. Polly's Brew Co Rock Major Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   If we've said it once, we've said it a thousand times - in a world of soupy, pulpy juicebombs, sometimes there ain't nothing more relaxing than just a simple, clean, crisp pale ale. Coming off a year wherein we saturated ourselves with release after release of ultra-high abv beers, we decided to go back to square one and create something a little more on the sessionable side of things; something that we can go back to again and again without having to worry about our heads the next morning. Featuring two hop varietals we fell in love with last year in Loral and Sabro, this beer bursts with the usual Polly's checklist - tropical, juicy and coconut vibes from Sabro, but much more balanced and approachable thanks to the lemon and dark fruit notes brought to the table by Loral. Long live the pale ale!

Featuring an insane 40kg, and with an ultra light sprinkling in the whirlpool; apricot, passionfruit and citrus notes are positively bursting out of this beer, before being reeled back in with a healthy balance of earthy pine bitterness. With everything wrapped up in a warm hug of our bespoke LA3 yeast strain, this is our love letter to one of the true superstar hops.

Polly's Brew Co Simply The Manifest Polly's Brew Co
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 5.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We've said it before and we'll say it again - we love melding elements of those old school beers we grew up loving, with the new school juice craze we're fully embedded in. It's a characteristic that has become part and parcel of our beers, and we totally vibe off it. Simplify the Manifest is our latest entry into this hybridized new/old school style, with a hop lineup of Chinook for pithy grapefruit, pine and resin notes playing off a tonne of mango, passionfruit and tangerine notes from new school stalwart, Mosaic. A pale ale perfect for good times, and smashing with pals (in socially distant groups of less than six, please).

Polly's Brew Co Slow Repititions Polly's Brew Co
Style : Double IPA ABV : 8.8% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   When you're planning a DIPA, you go as big as you possibly can. Citra and Mosaic is a combination that we keep coming back to because it's so so consistent. The combo that knocks it out of the park, runs, catches the ball itself and throws it back is paired up with a new hop varietal to Polly's HQ in Idaho 7 - a hop that practically drips with juicy tropical and stone fruit notes, backed up with just the faintest amount of pine. We decided to balance this out with just a little bit of Columbus also thrown into the dry hop for that Polly's bite, and create possibly the stickiest, sweet, and decadent DIPA we've brewed to date.

Polly's Brew Co Summer Generator BBE 30/1/21 Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Mosaic and Simcoe is a partnership made in heaven. Much like Dre and Snoop, Lennon and McCartney, and Han Solo and Chewbacca, they just go together like a hand in a glove. We wanted to improve on the wildly popular Originals version of Mosaic Simcoe, and have brought it up to Augment level with Summer Generator. Featuring twice the amount of dry-hop as the OG version, with a 40kg dry hop charge bringing all those incredible pineapple, mango and passionfruit notes to the fore, this is a beer that drinks just like Lilt for grownups. With just the tiniest little bit of Columbus in the boil, we've reeled it all back in with just a tickling of bitterness to round this awesome IPA off for that signature Polly's bite.

Polly's Brew Co Sunshine Type Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Sometimes it's just best to go with the classics - a 6% IPA? Sure, let's go for it. Simple three hop bill of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic? Get it on the gyle sheet. Ferment out with LA3? Crop that yeast and get it in there! Sunshine Type is our tribute to (possibly the weirdest) summer here at Polly's. As the nights start drawing in again, we're all about reminiscing about those hazy days, where the best thing to do is to just go with what comes naturally to us as brewers. As textbook Polly's as we can get, Sunshine Type is absolutely glowing with a serious amount of bright, juicy, tropical notes, with maximum body and yeast suspension from our in-house LA3 strain.

Polly's Brew Co Surface Edition Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 7.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We've always had a thing here at the brewery for those big, brash IPAs north of 7% brewed by those old school brewers that we grew up drinking. Those base flavours from the malts, accentuated by the flavour profiles brought to the table by the hops, they all come together as the strength heads into the upper echelons of IPA territory. As a brewery that firmly embraces the past in our brewing style, we've employed our pyramid dry-hopping technique here with a heavy dose of the present in Azacca, before a nod to the past with a smaller but still healthy addition of Chinook, finishing with an eye on the future with a further small addition of Sabro. Expect tropical juice to meld with pina colada sweetness before finishing out with piney bitterness in this all out smasher of an IPA.

Polly's Brew Co The Alter Supreme Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 5.9% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We've said it once and we'll say it again, we love paying homage to the OGs of brewing - the brewers who produced the beers without which we wouldn't be here today. This rings true for wanting to pay homage to the classic IPAs - slightly weaker in strength than our usual 6%+ fare, but retaining all that incredible flavour profile, body, and mouthfeel of what we do best. The Altar Supreme is our take on those classic IPAs - coming in at a more reasonable 5.9% but supercharged with 30kg of El Dorado and Vic Secret for all those new school notes. A beer that brings all those juicy, candied orange, stone fruit, and mango notes we're so famous for to the party initially, but backed up with a delicious resinous bitterness for complete balance.

Polly's Brew Co The Feels Vol. 3 Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   The original version of The Feels seems so long ago at this point - what was then a big jump into adding lactose into our beers; we followed it up with the incredibly popular Vol.2, an exclusively NZ hopped version, before making lactose additions a semi-regular feature of our output. For this newest version of the OG Polly's lactose IPA, we're going Stateside with a full on lineup of the best hop varietals the US has to offer in Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Azacca. A massive amount of juicy pineapple, passionfruit, and orange notes from Azacca and Simcoe meld together with blueberry, mango and grapefruit notes from dependable duo Citra and Mosaic, backed up with an ultra smooth mouthfeel from the generous use of oats in the mash and lactose in the boil.

Polly's Brew Co The New Renaissance Polly's Brew Co
Style : DIPA ABV : 8.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We're proud to be part of what is a constantly growing and evolving scene of breweries and drinkers alike. Beer as it is today is a world apart from when we were taking our first tentative steps into being legally able to drink, and an off hand phrase made in the office about the brewing industry entering into a "New Renaissance" birthed the name of this DIPA that embraces all the techniques we ourselves have learned in such a short space of time. Utilizing Azacca, Mosaic, El Dorado and Simcoe in our pyramid dry hopping technique, with a ten minute eighty degree whirlpool addition of Vic Secret and El Dorado, all wrapped up in our bespoke, custom designed LA3 yeast strain, this beer shouts for everything modern when it comes to UK brewing

Polly's Brew Co The One You Can't Control Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 7.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Galaxy and Mosaic. The two hop varietals that put us on the map with one of our very first beers, way back in those halcyon Loka Polly days. After seeing an absolute tonne of both in our hop store, the decision was made for us to go back to this holy grail pairing for the brewery. But what to do to differentiate it from that original version? Why not ramp up the hop bill to an insane 50kg, for a hopping rate of 24g/l - in other words, hop an IPA at the same rate as one of our DIPAs? Galaxy is front and centre here, showing just exactly why it's one of the most sought after varietals in brewing today, with its passionfruit, peach, and pineapple accentuated by our similarly generous use of Mosaic during fermentation.

Polly's Brew Co The Weekend Radio Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.8% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   It's back once again! We harp on all the time about how much we love the old school here at Polly's whilst simultaneously embracing the new school. It comes as no surprise then that we noticed we had an absolute load of old school C hops in our cold store and a gap in our brew plans needing to be filled for release at the end of July. A fiendish plot came to fruition when we created The Weekend Radio; a five C-hop showcase of everything old school, featuring heavyweights Citra, Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade, all wrapped up in our new school fermentation techniques. The result is an IPA packed to the nines with strong citrus notes, but maximum drinkability and softness, echoing the OG craft beer titans, but sitting firmly in the present.

Polly's Brew Co Transit Culture Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 7.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Our head of sales will shout until the cows come home about how Sierra Nevada changed his entire perception of what beer could be. We paid homage to his favourite brewery early on in lockdown with Change, Irreversible – a riff on Sierra Nevada Pale.Never one to rest on his laurels, Arron decided that based on the feedback to that beer, it’s naturally time to riff on Torpedo. Transit Culture is our unashamed attempt at a West Coast IPA in the same mould – loaded with Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo, this is everything we want from our efforts at replicating those beers that changed the landscape.Sweet, malty biscuit notes lure you in before an all out attack of sticky, piney and resinous hops, that get a full on seal of approval from our Westie loving head of sales.

Polly's Brew Co What Did You Feel Polly's Brew Co
Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.8% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   The Polly's greatest hits tour makes another stop at one of our favourite beers of 2019; welcome back to the party What Did You Feel? We make no secret that we love embracing both the new school and the old school here at Polly’s and melding the two into our own hybrids. Old school stalwarts Citra and Chinook bring a big old load of pine, citrus, and resin notes to pair up with another two of our favourite new school hops in El Dorado and Mosaic for a tropical fruit salad of a flavour explosion that dances along the palate. An IPA which is a big homage to both the classics and the current beer trends we love so much.
