All Day Blackberry & Elderflower All Day
Style : Wild Beer ABV : 5.3% Bottle Size : 750ml We brewed this back in May 2018, when the elderflower were in their prime. We went out and picked a load from the hedgerows around the brewery. We had some frozen blackberries from our pickings from the last Autumn, and thought that they would go together well. We used a pretty conventional base beer, and for once decided to try for a lighter beer. It went well, and we popped it into a barrel for secondary fermentation attention, and ageing. It’s a really nice, refreshing and quaffable ale, with a good level of carbonation.

Style : Sour ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 500ml This beer is a collaboration between us, and Print To The People, a social enterprise based in Norwich. to celebrate PTTP’s 10th birthday. The Interrobang is an unconventional punctuation mark used in various .written languages and is intended to combine the functions of an exclamation point and a question mark. The artwork has been screen printed onto the label. Made with our own borehole water, our homegrown hops, elderflower and wormwood, local barley and wheat, and Norfolk blackberries, this punchy sour will make you exclaim in delight and question your existence!
All Day Strong Wheat Ale All Day
Style : Wild Beer ABV : 7.4% Bottle Size : 750ml Mixed Fermentation Barrel Aged. a 750 ml sharing bottle of a strong wheat ale, made with a 75% /25% wheat to malt grist, bittered with our own Fuggles hops, and fermented with our in-house cider-lees derived yeast, then barrel aged in a French oak red wine barrel for 12 months from June 2019, before being bottle conditioned. A very complex beer with tart, fruity notes and a smooth mouth feel, with a medium level of carbonation. It tastes nothing like a “conventional” wheat beer. This beer should continue to improve for several years.

Crossover Mount Ida Crossover Blendery
Style : Wild Ale ABV : 6.1% Bottle Size : 750ml Golden ale spontaneously fermented and aged for 8 months in neutral french oak barrels. The beer was moved out of barrel and onto organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries (from Herefordshire) in tank. We punched the fruit cap down daily once refermentation had commenced. The beer was on fruit for 2 months before being finished in freshly emptied red and white port barrels for 4 months. It was blended back with further components before packaging.
Crossover Mount Ida 2022 Crossover Blendery
Style : Wild Ale ABV : 6.4% Bottle Size : 750ml As mentioned this is the second iteration which is centred around the Driscoll Maravilla raspberry. This time we opted for a shorter fruit maceration and didn’t finish in a freshly emptied port barrel. We wanted to capture the fresh flavour of the raspberry as best we could and it not be hindered by any other addition. This is a delicious beer which has robust carbonation, good acidity and subtle bitterness in the finish. A great beer for summer. Process: Golden ale brewed with malted barley, malted rye, malted oats and raw wheat from the 2019/2020 season. Spontaneously fermented and aged in a neutral french oak barrel for 17 months. The beer was moved onto Driscoll Maravilla raspberries (2021 season fruit, Herefordshire) in tank. It remained there for 2 months with punchdowns performed for the initial stages of refermentation. We then blended back with two golden ale barrels from the 2019/2020 season before bottling. Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned until release. Ingredients: Malted barley (pilsner), malted rye, malted oats, raw wheat, aged hops (whole leaf fuggles, whole lead Saaz & whole leaf strisselspalt), driscoll maravilla raspberries, water. Brew season: 2019/2020 Fruit season: 2021
Crossover The Pershores Purple Crossover Blendery
Style : Wild Ale ABV : 6.8% Bottle Size : 750ml Process: Golden ale brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 15 months in neutral french oak barrels. The beer was then moved onto frozen purple pershore plums from the 2020 harvest. The fruit was from Styan Family Produce in Worcestershire. We cold soaked the plums in tank for 7 days prior to adding beer for flavour and colour extraction. The beer remained on fruit for 2 months before returning to barrel for further maturation. Components from two other barrels were used in the final blend.Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned until release.Ingredients: Malted barley (pilsner), raw wheat, aged hops (whole leaf fuggles, whole lead Saaz & whole leaf strisselspalt), purple pershore plums, water.Brewing season: 2019/2020Fruit season: 2020

Aged on 60kg of fresh passionfruit. Passionfruit on the nose followed by heavy dank fruit hoppiness. No extract or essence and no oats.

Epochal Momentary Rabbit Stage Epochal
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 6.0% Bottle Size : 375ml Momentary Rabbit Stage is a Scottish pale ale blended from various beers including some over a year old from among Epochal’s earliest brews. The blend was chosen to work nicely with a dry hopping of whole flower Motueka, which adds freshness to the depths of the base beer. The aroma is bright with lime, orange marmalade and lychee, and deep with well-aged funk. Sparklingly carbonated, bitter and precise on the palate, it’s a lovely harmony of freshness and depth.
Epochal Prince Of Cloud And Sky Epochal
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 6.1% Bottle Size : 375ml Prince of Cloud and Sky is a Scottish pale ale created from a blend of two pale ales. The older and funkier was hopped with Goldings from Brook House Hops, the younger and hoppier with Hallertau Mittelfruh from Locher Hopfen in Tettnang. This beer combines a highly citrusy depth of funk with the floral and earthy characteristics typical of European noble hops. Aromas of fresh flowers, preserved lemons, apricot conserve and dank funk climb from the glass. It has a refined minerality on the palate and deliciously noble bitterness.

Holy Goat Citrus Crusher Winter Harvest 2021 Holy Goat
Style : Sour ABV : 6.2% Bottle Size : 375ml We brewed this golden sour with a heritage malt called Scotch Common, grown and malted by Crafty Maltsters in Auchtermuchty, Fife. Fermented with a mixed culture and aged for around three months, before being transferred onto 250l of blood orange and clementine juice, with an additional 50kg of whole fruit, which were zested, pulped, and juiced by hand. These citrus fruits were freshly picked from the winter harvest of Italian organic producers (Cooperativa I Fruitti del Sole & Oroverde).

Style : Sour ABV : 7.5% Bottle Size : 375ml Inspired by Flanders Reds of old, Crimson Void is a blended sour red ale combining 80% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer aged in steel, with around 20% ‘mature’ stock beer aged in oak barrels. The combination of old and young beers has produced a complex sweet and sour flavour profile with a subtle oak character. This blended base was transferred onto the spent fruit (strawberries) and lees from our previous batch of Oud Bruin – Blood Witch. We refermented this with 200g/l Scottish blackcurrants, sourced from farms located within 60 miles of the brewery.

Style : Sour ABV : 6.5% Bottle Size : 375ml BA Golden Sour with Blueberry, Honeyberry and Violet FlowersThis beer is blended from a mix of golden sour fermented with our ‘Seabeast’ Brettanomyces culture, along with another golden sour aged in oak wine barrels for two years (80/20). We refermented this blend with 200g/l of blueberries and honeyberries which were harvested within 60 miles of the brewery, in addition to a hot violet flower infusion.The resultant beer is a deep reddish-purple colour with sweet fresh aroma of violet flowers and forest berries with a slowly developing Brettanomyces funk.

Style : Sour ABV : 6.8% Bottle Size : 375ml Brewed with Scottish malted barley, raw wheat, and rolled oats, this base beer was fermented with a Brettanomyces strain isolated from a renowned Belgian Trappist brewery. A new strain for us, we are enjoying its stone fruit characteristics, light body, and subtle yet growing funk. We lightly dry-hopped this beer with Mosaic and Galaxy hop terpenes (isolated aromatic hop compounds), adding some nuance to the aroma.

Style : Sour ABV : 6.5% Bottle Size : 375ml Golden Sour with Buckwheat Honey. Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Varvar Brew, based in Kiev, Ukraine. This blended golden sour beer was brewed with Scottish barley, wheat and oats and fermented with our Brettanomyces strain and mixed culture which produces citrus, stone fruit and a growing funk. We refermented this base beer with raw buckwheat honey which lends a subtle earthy honeyed, jasmine flavour to the beer.

We were asked and we have delivered - a vegan milk stout made with homemade oat milk enfused with Cocoa beans from Cocoa Brew (Newcastle). This is all backed up speciality malts, flaked oats, organic cocoa nibs, golden syrup and vanilla. At 7.4% this is all undeprinned with a big boozy kick.
