Odyssey Old Brockhampton Barley Wine Odyssey
Style : Barleywine ABV : 11.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can This is a big, sticky Barley Wine with a lovely mouthfeel that we aged on organic Cacao and orange zest. Pours a hazy orange and on the nose is sweet cereals and orange. The alcohol is hidden underneath layers of cacao, orange and rich malt - this is absolutely delicious. The cacao and orange will mellow and fade over time so, whilst this beer can be cellared (somewhere cold or cool), drink now if you can.

Northern Monk x Equilibrium x Other Half Patrons Project 13.04 Omega Vortex Northern Monk
Style : Double IPA ABV : 8.7% Bottle Size : 440ml Can Carrying on where last year’s DDH IPA Infinity Vortex took off, we stepped up to DIPA territory increasing the hops in the process.Brewed with a soft, rounded water profile and a simple base grist of extra pale malted barley with plenty of flaked oats, we put together a beer which was not only packed with everyone’s favourite juicy hop flavours but one which was also backed up with plenty of dank, resinous pine. In the whirlpool we used Simcoe, a hopstill considered the industry standard in dankness. We then dry-hopped in three stages, including a generous mid-fermentation first addition, using Citra BBC and Mosaic for maximum tropical notes and modern classic in Chinook, guaranteed to bring plenty of grapefruit, spice and pine to the mix.
Northern Monk x Soma x Fuerst Wiacek Patrons Project 18.01 North Sea Sessions Northern Monk
Style : Session IPA ABV : 4.3% Bottle Size : 440ml Can We decided to really challenge ourselves with the recipe for this low ABV collaboration. To bulk out the light body as much as possible, we used Vienna as our base malt for its chunky, biscuit flavour and added the highest percentage of speciality adjunct grains we’ve ever attempted including oats, flaked wheat and chit malt, all with the goal of filling out the mouthfeel. In the boil we added unfermentable Maltodextrin sugar and then we hopped with the tropical intensity of Citra and Mosaic backed up with the classic New Zealand variety Nelson Sauvin, full of its white wine characteristics of gooseberry, grape and lime.

Style : Sour IPA ABV : 8.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can The original idea for this quirky beer came when our owner Paul and Evil Twin's Jeppe added Champagne to a slushie machine full of sour beer at a festival. To recreate that, we blend a grape juice-infused Brut IPA fermented using Champagne yeast with a fruited sour. This edition is one in a series based on Champagne cocktails, so blackcurrant and blackberry have been used to replicate a Kir Royale.
