Yonder As The Crow Flies Yonder
Style : Wild Fruit Beer ABV : 5.6% Bottle Size : 375ml   Brewed as part of the Radius Project 2019, we were chosen alongside 9 other breweries from the UK and Europe to brew a beer with ingredients from a 20 mile radius around their brewery. We used our house cultures of yeast and bacteria to ferment a wild ale, brewed with water from a borehole beneath the brewery, malted barley and rye from Warminster Maltings (just under 20 miles away) and damsons picked from our landlords garden, directly behind the brewery. The results are this tart and funky beer with flavourful damson taste and aroma.

Cloudwater All The Things They Say, Tell Us All The Things They Are Cloudwater
Style : Sour ABV : 5.5% Bottle Size : 440ml Can The personalities of politicians can sometimes vastly more media attention than their policies, whilst other politicians escape similar media scrutiny. It can be difficult to make the soundest calls in such circumstances.  A combined assessment of both personality and policy offer us the most accurate view of who we might elect into positions of power and responsibility, and what they're most likely todo with any promises they made to us all. Do their policies add up to a better, fairer, cleaner, healthier world? Are they kind? Fair? Honest? Have they revealed sexist, racist, or other damaging views? Are they consistent, or do they change positions regularly? If a politician is good for their word, then surely all the words they've uttered count... Kernel Foeder Beer Chinook Mandarina Bavaria Kernel Brewery
Style : Wild Ale / Belgian Pale ABV : 4.6%  Bottle Size : 330ml   This is a blended culture fermentation – our house mixed culture and a Belgian pale ale strain. Lots of bittering hops to suppress the lacto and pedio, and prevent it getting too tart. Dry, bitter, belgian esters, fruity hops. We fermented this in our foudre. The foudre and our mixed culture will bot  have a lot of brett in them, so interesting to see how this develops.
Little Earth Project Stupid Sexy Bramling Cross Little Earth Project
Style : Flanders Red ABV : 6.3% Bottle Size : 750ml   Ever since we brewed our first batch of our Flanders Red inspired beer, we'd wondered what a dry hopped version would taste like. In September 2019 we had some freshly picked Bramling Cross hops that we'd grown ourselves. They smelled amazing - herbal with a burst of dark summer fruits. We added nearly all that year's harvest into a single barrel of 10 month old Stupid Sexy Suffolk. The result is incredibly funky, and quite sour red ale with a big hoppy aroma, and rounded fruity finish. This complex beer can be drunk fresh, but we believe the hoppy flavours will evolve and mellow over time, producing something possibly more special.

Little Earth Project Raspberry, Mint & Cocoa Nib Sour Little Earth Project
Style : Sour ABV : 5.4% Bottle Size : 750ml   We love experimenting with flavours so when we emptied a 500L Butt containing a cocoa nib sour, we decided to fill it with something that would compliment the flavours of this slightly chocolatey barrel. During the summer, we approached a local fruit farm to see what they had available and were pleased to find a load of raspberries that were too ripe to sell but perfect for us! We added more organic cocoa nibs and the flavour started to develop a clean sourness with a cocoa aroma. It was missing something though, a herbal note to act as seasoning and bring the beer together. Wild organic corn mint provided that glue. Foraged from our own field, it added a zesty but not overpowering, minty note.
