Donzoko Indie Graft Donzoko
Style : Pale Ale ABV : 4.7% Bottle Size : 500ml Can   Donzoko founder Reece Hugill says: "It’s strange times at the moment. One of the heartening things to come out of the pandemic has been people’s embracing of independent businesses. We all have small, family run stores and producers in our community that have stayed open and grafted through the pandemic. This beer, Indie Graft, is a collaboration with over 40 of those indie beer stores. "Available exclusively though them is Indie Graft. A Belgian inspired pale ale, dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. We used local Buckweat, Spelt and pilsner malt, fermenting with a blend of Beaujolais wine yeast and saison yeast. it's crisp, bitter, and full of the vinous white wine flavours associated with Nelson Sauvin. perfect for kicking back after a day's graft."

Polly's Brew Co DDH Spur Polly's Brew Co
Style : Triple IPA ABV : 10.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Here it is, the big one. We’ve always had it in the back of our minds that a TIPA would be a natural progression after nailing down our DIPA game, but never knew where to wrangle it into our plans. The biggest beer we’ve ever brewed by a country mile; in-house favourite Spur is amplified to the max, with an insane 60kg of Azacca, Simcoe and Citra thrown in for a dry hop rate of 29g/l giving massive amounts of stone fruit, peach, mango, and passionfruit flavours bursting throughout. A beer perfect for our new water profile directly influenced by the profile used at Other Half NYC, and fermented with our house strain of LA3 for maximum suspension. Expect juice to the nines, complimented by a soft but full bodied mouthfeel.

Polly's Brew Co Naive Melody Polly's Brew Co
Style : Double IPA ABV : 8.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We just can’t help ourselves really. We’ve taken Mosaic for a spin on a single hopped Kveik DIPA, now it’s the turn of another Polly’s stalwart in Citra – say hello to Naive Melody.Named in honour of the Talking Heads song of the same name, this beer shares the same delicate aura as its namesake throughout – soft on the palate, but loaded to the nines with juicy citrus, peach, and lychee notes throughout.A beer that is a perfect summation of every single one of the techniques and experiences we’ve learned as a brewery in our short two and a half years, growing from that ramshackle stable to the (almost) sophisticated setup we have today, this one scores a top Mark. Home is where I want to be!

Polly's Brew Co Transit Culture Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 7.2% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   Our head of sales will shout until the cows come home about how Sierra Nevada changed his entire perception of what beer could be. We paid homage to his favourite brewery early on in lockdown with Change, Irreversible – a riff on Sierra Nevada Pale.Never one to rest on his laurels, Arron decided that based on the feedback to that beer, it’s naturally time to riff on Torpedo. Transit Culture is our unashamed attempt at a West Coast IPA in the same mould – loaded with Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo, this is everything we want from our efforts at replicating those beers that changed the landscape.Sweet, malty biscuit notes lure you in before an all out attack of sticky, piney and resinous hops, that get a full on seal of approval from our Westie loving head of sales.

Polly's Brew Co Mylar Polly's Brew Co
Style : IPA ABV : 6.3% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   The part of Wales we’re based is an incredible mish-mash of culture, and it’s reflected best in the dialect – part-Welsh, part-Liverpudlian, and by proxy, part-Irish. This dictates a lot of the day to day sayings in the brewery, and when we were sat in a meeting talking about various recipes submitted by the team, someone shouted up “That’s mine, la”. Never one to miss an opportunity, Arron shortened the phrase down to a single word, added an “r” to the end, and the result is Mylar. The beer itself is textbook Polly’s – high juice, low bitterness, accentuated by our generous use of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro in the dry hop. Expect a swagbag of honeydew melon, mango, tangerine, and pina colada flavours abound from the Sabro. A beer that is an homage to the wonderfully bizarre part of the world we grew up.

Style : India Pale Ale ABV : 6.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can   We wanted to brew a new beer with our loyal customers in mind during the Coronavirus pandemic. We chose an IPA with some hop varieties quite new to us so we took Azacca for its pungent tropical fruit characteristics and Sabro because of its unique coconut and tangerine flavours. A hefty amount of wheat in the malt bill provides a solid body and fermentation on our fruity yeast adds its own stone fruit esters to round off this delicious IPA.

Expect masses of tropical fruits bursting from the can as hops and yeast dance to create a sensual panoply of aromas.
