The chief himself, head brewer Lally set himself a goal of creating a sour beer without a lactic acid sour bacteria pitch, perfect for grabbing cold from the fridge on a hot summer's day. The result is The Butterfly Effect - a Sabro-hopped beer in the Berliner Weisse style, naturally soured with lime. Going big on the wheat on the grist bill, this beer has a super crisp and clean body, with just a hint of haze to boot, but it's the flavour profile is where this beer really comes to life though - the tropical pina colada, coconut and mint notes of this incredible stateside varietal play off the dry sourness of the lime perfectly, creating a sweet and sour fiesta of flavour in what might be our most accessible sour beer yet.

Style : Sour ABV : 5.0% Bottle Size : 375ml We've been using fresh Suffolk raspberries in beer blends for a few years now & decided that we wanted to do a beer devoted only to this acidic, naturally sweet berry. In the summer of 2020 we added 20kg of whole local raspberries to a light and refreshing sour beer residing in one of our many barrels. The result is a pale pink, well balanced sour with a clean raspberry aroma & flavour not overpowered by fruit but driven by an almost cider-like base. Delicious summer drinking. Style : Saison ABV : 7.2% Bottle Size : 375ml Organic Harvest Saison is a beer we have produced annually since we began LEP. Brewed in September 2020 & partof the batch aged in a single fresh white wine and red wine barrel. We then added our own fresh-off-the-bine organic First Gold hops to the white wine barrel and Bramling Cross hops to the red wine barrel which were picked during harvest and put directly in the barrel. Once these hops are added, the beer was left to age another 6 months until bottling in March 2021. The different barrels along with the differing hops compliment more tropical flavours in the white barrel and deeper fruit and berry flavours in the red

Stronger and darker than the better-known Berliner Weisse, and traditionally more sour and brewed with more (or indeed some) hops, which we've interpreted liberally to mean loads of Wai-iti. We've then added a shed load of cranberry and redcurrant.

Style : Wild Ale ABV : 5.8% Bottle Size : 375ml St Walter is named for Topher and his wife's first son. Saint Walter was an 11th century monk from the Loire Valley in France and is the patron saint of winters. In 2020, this variant was made from golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 750kg of hand picked Black Muscat grapes from Thornbrook Orchard in Orange, NSW.
