Polly's Brew Co Positively Unattached Polly's Brew Co
Style : Triple IPA ABV : 10.0% Bottle Size : 440ml Can Every now and again you’ve just gotta shut up and play the hits when it comes to your hop bill. Citra and Simcoe, as well as Galaxy and Mosaic are two of the hop combos that arguably launched us as a brewery back in those seemingly very far away Loka Polly days, and we’ve smashed all four together for a greatest hits medley of our favourite hops in Positively Unattached. Featuring a total of 60kg in the dry hop, and amplified up to TIPA strength because why not? This beer is absolutely dripping with tropical notes, backed up with just a touch of grassy bitterness thanks to a flash in the pan, one minute at a hundred degrees Simcoe addition in the whirlpool to keep everything in check.

De Struise Black Damnation 02 Mocha Bomb De Struise
Style : Imperial Stout ABV : 13.0% Bottle Size : 330ml The Black Damnation series is a dark twist of Urban’s mind. His idea is to realize a dozen beers with the use of Black Albert, and over a period of two years, that are as black as hell, filthy rich in the nose and with a massive taste. Black Damnation II is yet another blend with the use of Hel & Verdoemenis from Brouwerij De Molen. This time a level more complex than BD I. 50% of Black Albert was used that matured for a while on whole coffee beans out of a craft Columbian coffee plantation. 25% of H&V was used that aged for 6 months on JD barrels at Struise. Another 25% of Cuvee Delphine was used.
De Struise Black Albert De Struise
Style : Russian Imperial Stout ABV : 13.0% Bottle Size : 330ml This Belgian Royal Stout was brewed as a tribute to one of America’s best pubs. Jennifer and Chris Lively who run the place may be proud of Ebenezer’s Pub. Not only do they have 35 beers on draught, most of these are hard to find Supreme Belgian Ales. Above that, they have one of the most extensive bottle-conditioned beer lists through different bottling dates we have ever seen. Not only can you drink almost any Belgian beer, the worlds best brewery’s are represented. A lot of the guests talk about the American Kulminator, yet with that difference that the Belgian inspired food, is simply great. Black Albert was brewed and crafted with a 100% Belgian ingredients. Pours a blacker than black beer with an inch of dark tan head that lingers as it cascades into itself. Nice aroma of bitter-sweet chocolate, fresh torrified coffee beans, barley, candy sugar, complex fruits, and floral hops. At the front, there is spiced baker’s chocolate, fresh mocha, caramel like barley touches, and underlying hints of dried fruits which marries the back of your palate and features a Top, and well integrated but not overbearing hop flavour. The after-taste is well balanced and shows a panorama of extreme sensations like chocolate and coffee bitters, a plum cake richness that covers the palate, and a crisp impression of hop bitters that brings elegance and freshness into this massive brew.
